And now Detox!




It means to set your body free from all the excess during holidays, too much alchol maybe, too much food... In the morning, before you have breakfast, drink a glass of water with few drops of lemon juice, it's rich of antioxidants and it cleans your body.
During the day drink at least 1,5 l of water, as alternative you can drink the Vitamins Water and do not forget to have at least 2 snacks per day with fresh fruit. 
This must be your daily routine from now on, together with your beauty routine, it will help you to make you feel better and loose  toxins and extra weight.
