Sales Panic! What's in your Closet? #1

They are finally arrived! The sales, long waited sales. But if you're wondering what to buy to don't spend a fortune on clothes or accessories which in the end you won't wear ( that's call shopping spree) you must have a long appointment into your closet. Ofcourse it is always nice to go shopping and sometimes go wild...if you know what i mean, but what about those cowboy pants you bought last year  still haninging with the tag in your closet? Or those painfull platfoarm multicoloured shoes you never wear?
Before going crazy in the boutiques, you must analyse what's in your closet, do you have the basics? If the answer is no, you have to start from there, on those pieces that can be worn every season, statement pieces you cannot do without. Basics are very important to developp your own style. With these pieces you can't never go wrong, you can mix them and have outfits for every occasion, from formal to happy hour with the girls. Once they are in your closet, you can start by adding some smart trendy piece.

Signature Style: Sporty Chic

My style is very important because i work in fashion and i'm always around it. But when i work i need to feel comfortable in my clothes as i'm always in action. I don't wear high heels, instead i choose for leather Converse sneakers to be comfy, why? I already know it's going to be a long long day! And i don't follow conventional style rules. I can describe my working outfit as "contemporary sporty". The secret is to mix different fabrics and to know exactly what works better for my body shape. I adore soft pulls combined with leather skinny pants, i like contrasts. Now you know i'm obsessed with black but sometimes i add a touch of glam, given by the red lipgloss and nailpolish by NARS, they are sexy and smart on a total black outfit. And ofcourse the jewelleries, i always follow a  personal rule for my looks, if i wear a necklace i don't wear earrings (maybe only very small ones), if i wear big statement rings as today i don't wear any bracelets or else. As jacket i always wear a biker leather jacket, even in August! Except in this case, as i'm  already wearing leather on the bottom part. A wool coat boysh taylored is the perfect  final touch.

Then, after the working day, if i feel like going for an "aperitivo" with friends or with the team, i can always change shoes, wearing heels, like low boots, and a glam small clutch. The look is immediately different with no efforts!

Signature Style : Urban Rock Chic

My style has always been a mix of basic pieces but i always pay attention to the details as accessories, shoes and a good make up (an extra attention to the brows, they frame the face and give instant glamour) and a simple manicure, all things which make the difference! Concerning the make up, i often use Chanel eyeshadows palettes.  The black coat biker inspired is a real statement for me, for a day look i combine it with jeans and a simple pull, preferably black as i don't wear many colours. Working in fashion gives me the opportunity to discover a lot of new or unknonw brands and new designers, but i always try to create balanced outfits in terms of budget, i believe it's more fun! I often go to shop to H&M, Vintage shops, etc... mixing those basics or budget savers  with luxury brands. For example, the shoes i'm wearing today are from H&M and my gloves are from Burberry London, those simple grey jeans are from H&M and the bag is from Lost Property Of London (bought on ROZTAYGER.COM).
